About the Department

The Psychosis Clinic Center is an outpatient clinic for individuals with psychotic disorders. The team works based on the community-based R-ACT model, where care and support are tailored to the patient's goals and needs, and where relatives are seen as a resource. The team is multidisciplinary and consists of doctors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, health educators, occupational therapists, secretaries, and a unit manager.

Job Responsibilities

As a social worker, you will work as a Case Manager, which involves responsibility for a number of patients. You are the patient's contact and collaborate as needed with social services and the patient's residences. Our working method is (Resource Group) R - ACT. You will also handle various social work tasks such as authority contacts, financial support, applications for guardianship or administrators, support for relatives, and grant applications while monitoring the child perspective. There are good opportunities for assistance and support in driving development work/projects if interested.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. It is advantageous if you are a licensed healthcare social worker. Experience working in psychiatry, preferably with a child perspective and support for relatives, is also beneficial. Training in the R-ACT method and experience in collaborative work are meritorious. The same applies to CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Step 1 and/or experience working with individuals with psychotic disorders. We place great importance on personal qualities and seek someone with good collaboration skills, who sees teamwork as a resource and has an interest in the target group.
